Your information, handled carefully.

Keyproof (“we”, “us”) is building an all-in-one rental platform for the Greater Toronto Area, launching Fall 2026. This website is our pre-launch home: it describes the product and lets you join the waitlist. We operate from Canada and you can reach us any time at hello@keyproof.ca.

We collect very little, and only what you choose to give us:

• Waitlist signup — your name and email address. Optionally, if you choose to share them: your city, how you heard about us, and what you’re most excited about.
• Email — whatever you include when you write to us directly.
• Booking a call — if you book an intro call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data — IP addresses are processed briefly to protect our forms from abuse (rate limiting). They are not used to identify or profile you.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

We use your information to:

• Confirm your spot on the waitlist and tell you where you stand.
• Send occasional updates about Keyproof and let you know when we launch.
• Respond when you contact us.
• Understand roughly where interest is coming from, so we launch in the right places.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

Your data is stored in Canada 🇨🇦. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s federal privacy law, PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), and applicable provincial laws.

We keep our list of vendors short. Today, the services that may handle your information are:

• Calendly — scheduling intro calls with realtors and partners.
• Our hosting and email providers — to serve this website and deliver messages you’ve asked for.

Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy terms.

We keep waitlist information until Keyproof launches and you either become a user or ask to be removed. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — promptly, and without making you jump through hoops.

At any time, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate.
• Delete your information and remove you from the waitlist.
• Stop emailing you (every email we send also has an unsubscribe option).

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The site only uses what’s strictly necessary to serve pages and keep forms working securely.

If this policy changes — for example, when the full platform launches — we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced to the waitlist by email.
